Holiness is Spiritual
God’s Waters Run Deep

Never before have I felt so unqualified to write about a particular subject.  The good news is that we all have time.  I learned the most important thing in my entire life yesterday. Oh and by the way, I didn’t want to write this article, I am doing it out of obedience and fear.

For ALL of you, there is still time.

God is a Spirit and So Are We

God is a spirit.  Don’t take this lightly.  This is the KEY to being “found worthy to escape all these things”.  Having enough oil (Holy Spirit Oil) in your Lamp (Matt. 25) is not enough to be a Wise Virgin.  I finally believe the Lord has revealed to me, what the “missing piece to the puzzle” is.  This was just yesterday afternoon.  More on that later.

But first let’s consider that God is a Spirit.

John 4:24

God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

NKJV

Let me start by asking you a question.  Do you believe you must “move your lips” to pray?  Do you believe sound, or even whispers, must come forth from you to pray?  I am here to tell you no.

Behind the scenes of Tribulation-Now, we discuss a lot of things.  To those of us who understand basic particle science, there’s no question the world the surrounds us, is a type of particle-based illusion glued together with “electro-magnetic” glue.  There are tangible particles that are so small they can float directly through your body and you wouldn’t even realize it.

In the spiritual realm of God, we are but spiritual beings as well.  Sure God knows we are imprisoned in this “human” host body at this time, but HE expects us to understand WHO we really are.  We are spiritual beings trapped inside of “fleshy hosts”.  God looks at us 100% spiritually.  He expects us to PONY-UP and get a grasp on this fact.  And if we don’t …. well its not especially good news … I can assure you.

What is Spiritual Holiness

In order to get a grasp on this concept you have to imagine yourself as a “spiritual energy force” temporarily trapped inside a body.  This requires a bit of concentration.  When you are in “deep emotional praise”, with your arms lifted up to the Lord, it is possible to become lost in this “energy field”.  This is arguably when you are “closest to God”.  People who have trouble letting go of their emotions will have the hardest time with this.  But I guarantee you if you are here when the “sky turns dark” and the “moon turns red”, you won’t have ANY ISSUES with holding back your emotions.  Amen?

Time to do it NOW!

Spiritual holiness is when your “intuition” tells you something isn’t quite right and you “feel it” but you figure you have it under control.  That’s your first mistake.  You DON’T have it under control.  If there is something you “think about” that is potentially not “Kingdom of Heaven” centric, then you are probably crossing the “spiritual holiness line”.

There is guidance in the scripture, but we ALWAYS reflect upon this guidance from OUR perspective, not God’s.  Let’s take a look at Galatians 5:19 for a moment.

Gal 5:19-21

Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, 20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, 21 envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

NKJV

Now let’s put on our “spiritual holiness” hats for a moment and look at these scriptures from God’s perspective.  What this scripture REALLY means, is if you even THINK about any of these things, you are messing up.  Your spiritual energy existence with God, completely transcends the flesh.  But we make the mistake of thinking it is physically tangible.  This is not the case.

Let’s take a look at just ONE of the things mentioned in Gal 5:19.  Selfish Ambitions.  WOW!!  If you apply fundamental principles of “spiritual holiness” to the concept of “selfish ambitions” this includes anything you “want” for yourself without it being “Godly” in nature.  Anything.  Every little drink of water, every little taste of food, every hot shower, EVERYTHING comes from God, and in that we must give praise and thanks.

Apply that same principle to all the items in Galatians 5:19 now.  Instead of saying “adultery” say “thinking about committing adultery”.

Let’s see what happens to these verses when you apply “spiritual holiness” principles.

Gal 5:19-21

Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: thinking about committing adultery, thinking about fornication (or putting something else before God in your life), thinking about doing unclean things or abominations, thinking about being lewd, 20 considering some form of idolatry (or putting something else before God in your life), thinking about sorcery (astrology, playing with Tarot cards, or visiting your “Palmist”), feeling or thinking that you hate someone, thinking about causing contentions between others, feeling jealousies about things, considering outbursts of wrath, considering or thinking about selfish ambitions, considering causing dissensions, or heresies (e.g. pulling people away from God, Jesus and the Truth), 21 feeling envious secretly to yourself, considering murders, pondering drunkenness, thinking about revelries (and partying and letting it “all hang out”), and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

NKJV

If you really want to have any hope at all of being considered to be the Bride of Jesus Christ, you CANNOT EVEN THINK of these things.

Temptation vs. Contemplation

It is important to realize that there is a huge difference between “temptation” and “contemplation”.  Temptation is when you look at the pretty girl, and for a “fleeting moment” your mind starts to drift to more thoughts about her.  At that SPLIT SECOND you must STOP.   If you move onto the next thought, you have instantly crossed the “spiritual holiness” line.

This concept must be applied to all of the items in Galatians 5:19 in your life.

NO CONTEMPLATION!

Testimony Time

Quite a while back, more than a year ago, I had issues with thinking about sex too much.  I prayed “Father deliver me from these thoughts, from this evil”.  I knew that Jesus said you cannot even THINK of having sex with another woman or you are actually committing the sin.  As I testified to in the article entitled “Stop Sinning Now“, I got angry about my “THOUGHTS”.  Get it?  I got determined in a huge huge way.  I destroyed ALL the porn, ALL the files on my computer, EVERYTHING.  I eliminated it with a fervor and determination of extreme levels.

Today I never ever think about sex.  I tell you this before Jesus my King, with a clear heart.  Remember when Jesus said “If your eye offend thee, pluck it out” etc?  Well AMEN!

Now when I see a beautiful girl, and trust me I sometimes go to places that have some of the most beautiful young women in the world working there,  I DO NOT EVEN THINK for a “split second” about them in any other way than a lost “spiritual being” trapped in a human body that I want to help get OFF this demon infested rock.

I praise the Lord Jesus Christ that I dont’ even have a sex drive at all.

HALLELUJAH!!

But it wasn’t enough.

Yes I have completely stopped thinking about things of this earth, unless they have direct relevance to the saving of souls and getting out of here on the “rescue mission”.  Yes I have stopped thinking about pretty much anything but becoming “spiritually holy” in preparation for LEAVING!

I had applied these “spiritual holiness” principles to every part of my life except three things.

Smoking, Working Out, and Eating

God told me I’m obese.  Amen I know I am.  He told me more than once.  I couldn’t believe my eyes.  In two different parts of the country, in deep earnest prayer, I opened up two completely different thesauruses, and the word fell BOTH TIMES, on the exact same word.  Obese.  And the othe words that go along with Obese include, laziness, unmotivated, and all sorts of other uncomplimentary terms.  It was a serious slap in the face.  And it happened TWO TIMES.

Along with being “Obese” I also fornicate with food.  Yep.  Any time you put something of this earth before God you are fornicating spiritually.  So STOP IT.  Just knock it off.  Please.  If I can do this you can too.

So I am now on day two of my fast.  Praise Jesus.  I will fast my “butt off” literally.  After fasting through this weekend (if we don’t get raptured out of here Friday night like I’m hoping, wink wink), then I will put myself on a Protein Shake “low-carb” Ketosis diet and dump this weight immediately.  I’m sick of lying to myself, and GOD is sick of me trying to hide behind his “mercy”.

WE ARE EXPECTED TO TRY AND SUCCEED.

We are OVERCOMERS.  Think about that word.  It’s all over the Bible.  It’s especially found in the Report Cards of the Seven Churches in Revelation.  If you are truly an “overcome” then you have to BUCK UP and “get with the program“.  And this does not mean “asking for forgiveness” folks.  This means “stop crying” about your situation, take the matter reverently before God, and ….

JUST DO IT!

I have also been still struggling with smoking.  Even before this happened to me yesterday, I had put back on the “patch” and stared chewing gum again.  I kept saying to God, “please have mercy on me”.  But I was riddled with guilt because I KNEW it was holding me back.

God even started messaging me through other people.  It seemed every single person I would talk to on the phone would mention some word about smoke or smoking.  I received emails with “smoke or smoking” in the subject line.  I KNEW IT!  But I kept asking God for mercy and please just a little longer.

Well how much longer do you think WE have?

The Thesaurus Strikes Again

We live in a time of “show and tell”, so I am going to show you what happened while I tell you.  But if a picture is worth a thousands words, then AMEN!

I was in tears.  I KNEW something was wrong.  I prayed in tears before God and asked him to please help me.  I asked him “What was wrong?  Am I not ready to be the Bride?”

This is what I got.

Well at this point I’m freaking out and really in tears.  Personally I think you really have to be crazy not go want to get OFF THIS ROCK and out of here before the Great Tribulation and my heart cries out for anyone who doesn’t understand how horrible it’s going to be.  And YES I am scared.  But not scared of dying. Scared of disappointing my King Jesus Christ!  Scared of not being found worthy to be the Bride.  Scared of being left here to die and face judgement because I didn’t measure up.

I asked the Lord in tears, if I quit smoking permanently, started to fast, work out, lose weight and get my act together, if I would be eligible to be the Bride.  And his is what I got.

John Mulinde’s Prophetic Message – March 1, 2011

First I would like to pass along a special heart felt GOD BLESS YOU, to Gwen.  Gwen found this man’s testimony and sent it to me yesterday (actually even earlier) with a stern warning to TAKE HEED.  Now I get a lot of people that “slap me around” in my emails, but Gwen is pretty good about being firm but nice too.  And I felt this strange urge to watch this man speak.

And I did.

You see, Mr. Mulindes has a divine healing ministry.  He is Baptised in the Holy Spirit.  He speaks in tongues.  He and his 7 or 8 other assistant pastors were laying hands on people and getting them Baptised and healed.  It was the Lord Jesus at work.  It was a true apostolic Spirit Filled miracle working operation.

Then Mr. Mulindes was visited by God.  It was one of the most gut wrenching horrible revelations of his entire life.  God told Mr. Mulindes that if He were to come today that Mulindes didn’t qualify to be “The Bride” and God would leave him behind.

Mr. Mulindes occasionally thought about having sex with women.  Mr. Mulindes felt pretty good about himself and his ministry.  Mr. Mulindes has lost some of his humility and fear for God and forgot GOD was looking at his ….

  1. [quote]Millions and millions of "spirit filled" Christians will almost certainly be "left behind" based on the testimony of Pastor John Mulindes.[quote]

Prove all things, hold fast that which is true.
    1 Thessalonians, 5:21.

Does not the Bible say that death is like sleeping. So why can't the Rapture be considered a sleep until we wake up to see our Lord and Jesus Christ with our very own eyes. Something to think about.

  2. Amen, just saw Mr. Mulindes sermon/testemony. That is a man of God. That is how sermons are suppose to affect the hearers. The holy spirit decending on the congregation, people weeping for their wrongdoings. (So sad they seemed to destroys the moment with music, though)

The carismatic church I went to right after my return to the Lord was visited by a man like this. The holy spirit was thick in that room, everybody was disolved in tears. Amen.
    Amen and Amen.

  3. The Event returned on Monday night, ABC, 7-9:oo pm. On Tuesday night it replayed on the SiFi channel. It is playing againg now on G4HD. I think they want to make sure everyone sees it.

  4. thank you john… for the most important message and for sharing your personal trials and tribulations with us. you're a good man. blessings, cathy

  5. ephesians 2:8 for it is by grace you have been saved, through faith, and this is not from yourselves it is a gift from God, not by works so that no one can boast.

  6. Well there is a huge difference between being saved by grace and being rewarded by God for your works here on earth which result in your Heavenly "inheritance" (see Gal 5:19)

    1 Cor 3:13-15

13 Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.

14 If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.

15 If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.

  7. I thank God for leading me to see and to read the articles on Spiritual Holiness is not an option, published on your website.
I thank you also for writing the article. I appreciated every line of it. It is indeed a command on us to be holy and live in spiritual holiness. But I confess that I have not been able to resist crossing the spiritual holiness line, particularly in the area of sex with another woman. But I thank God through Jesus who now gives me the grace to stop it. I now desire the spiritual holiness force, for Jesus has made me His bride. I need your prayer support also to remain faithful to my Lord and Bridegroom, Jesus Christ the righteous One.
    Thank you and God bless.

    1. Praise Jesus Praise Jesus time is so short. There’s NOTHING on this earth worth messing up eternity over. Nothing. Praise God the stakes are too high. Glory to God!!
