Alabama County May Call In Troops To Perform Law Enforcement Duties
“A spokesman for Hale, Randy Christian, said the sheriff told Riley after the ruling that state assistance may be needed to perform basic law enforcement tasks once the department’s current funding is exhausted in early September,” reports the Associated Press.
“We will certainly be looking at calling in the National Guard,” said Christian.
Jefferson County has 640,000 residents and includes the state’s largest city, Birmingham.
Moves to replace traditional law enforcement with National Guard troops have been replicated in other parts of the country, including in Schenectady New York, where budgetary constraints were not even cited as a reason for the changeover.
After a handful of police officers were accused of assaulting citizens, Mayor Brian Stratton proposed declaring martial law and replacing the city’s entire roster of cops with National Guardsmen.
“It may be that as a stopgap measure, that you would need military forces – State Police, National Guard.” the Mayor said.
The use of military assets in civilian law enforcement is still illegal under Posse Comitatus, unless a clear state of emergency exists. The misbehavior of a few cops or the inability of a Sheriff to manage a budget cut does not constitute a state of emergency.
In this context, without the justification of an existing crisis that mandates National Guard intervention, the threat to replace police officers with troops on a whim is a sad reflection of how America is turning into a Soviet style military police state, as law enforcement increasingly shifts over to Homeland Security and Northcom controlled military assets.

SEC. 15. From and after the passage of this act it shall not be lawful to employ any part of the Army of the United States, as a posse comitatus, or otherwise, for the purpose of executing the laws, except in such cases and under such circumstances as such employment of said force may be expressly authorized by the Constitution or by act of Congress; and no money appropriated by this act shall be used to pay any of the expenses incurred in the employment of any troops in violation of this section And any person willfully violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be punished by fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars or imprisonment not exceeding two years or by both such fine and imprisonment.

The Secretary of Defense shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to ensure that any activity (including the provision of any equipment or facility or the assignment or detail of any personnel) under this chapter does not include or permit direct participation by a member of the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marine Corps in a search, seizure, arrest, or other similar activity unless participation in such activity by such member is otherwise authorized by law.

Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.
Tribulation Now Commentary:
The New World Order will usher in the global government necessary for the Antichrist to rise into power and accept his appointed throne in the Temple of Solomon in Jerusalem. This requires controlling the masses of the land. Control of the masses will be achieved by military might.
The Luciferian rulers of the world (via the Committee of 300, Royal Institute of International Affairs) are targeting the United States and the United Kingdom to come under their full totalitarian control (military control) FIRST. It is believed that if they are able to topple and control the United States and the U.K., the rest of the world will follow suit with the appropriate pack of lies. Sadly they are correct.
Part of this “takeover” and institution of military control is a process known as DESENSITIZATION. They must “sneak” their military might into the country and have it perceived by the population as NON-THREATENING. Their greatest enemy, next to being found-out, is “the people”; the masses. They believe the population of the world is best controlled and managed when it is 500 million (instead of 3.5 billion). So they will kill us en masse (just like Nazi Germany did). These murders will be a part of the 1) Persecution of the Christians, 2) Pestilence (Lucifer created by possessed man), 3) Famine (Lucifer created by possessed man) , and 4) wars of the Tribulation (again Lucifer created by possessed man).
Father Malachi Martin (a well known Catholic Priest, whistleblower and exorcist)
in the late 1990’s, said that not only was there an estimated increase of 800% in demon possessed people, but a shocking number of them were “perfectly possessed”. Perfect possession, according to Mr. Martin, is when the demon has won the internal battle with the person spirit and sole, and completely controls their body and mind. These people are the most dangerous.
