THE TWELVE TRIBES OF “ISRAEL”
Where are they now?
This is the beginning of posts that I hope reveal something important to all of us. If not, it should be fun and educating.
I have tried to unravel the 12 Tribes of Israel through study and it is ONE HELL (okay, okay should I say “heck”?) of a large subject!
LET’S START WITH THESE ASSUMPTIONS
1. Israel (which is NOT all “Jews”) was split into 2 groups.
2. The Jews were only from JUDAH – hence “Jews”
3. Mannesseh and Ephraim made up the tribe of Joseph
4. Those from the tribe of Joseph can be referred to as the “Joes” if you want
5. One group of tribes was assigned to the Mountain of Blessing (sounds “good”)
6. The other group of tribes was assigned to the Mountain of Cursing (sounds “bad”)
So without getting into too much detail; here is what I am walking away with (anyone??)
Given:
- The tribes that were part of the Moutain of Blessing were blessed and were ultimately the good tribes of Israel
- The tribes that were part of the Mountain of Cursing were the bad tribes of Israel (Satan worshipers, BAAL and the whole group)
NOW WHERE IN THE WORLD ARE “THE 12 TRIBES OF ISRAEL” Today?
