The Pentagon Wants Authority to Post Almost 400,000 Military Personnel in U.S.

The Pentagon has approached Congress to grant the Secretary of Defense the authority to post almost 400,000 military personnel throughout the United States in times of emergency or a major disaster. This request has already occasioned a dispute with the nation’s governors. And it raises the prospect of U.S. military personnel patrolling the streets of the United States, in conflict with the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878.

“The governors were not happy about this proposal, since they want to maintain control of their own National Guard forces, as well as military personnel acting in a domestic capacity in their states.”

“But the definition of “emergency” is vague: “Emergency means any occasion or instance for which, in the determination of the President, Federal assistance is needed to supplement State and local efforts and capabilities to save lives and to protect property and public health and safety, or to lessen or avert the threat of a catastrophe in any part of the United States.”

“So the new proposed legislation would greatly expand the President’s power to call up the Reserves in a disaster or an emergency and would extend that power to the Secretary of Defense.”

Troop buildups anyone? You do realize that EVERY TIME there have ever been “troop buildups” there was a subsequent war action pending don’t you?

NorthCOM is the first ever military base established in the United States for actions INSIDE the U.S. The very idea of this base existing is rather horrific. NorthCOM originally started with only 2 Brigades. I remember the onslaught of concern that arose when 2 ENTIRE BRIGADES were to be stationed INSIDE the U.S. for CIVILIAN MATTERS.

They are here for WE THE PEOPLE.

Now 2 Brigades is about 2600 soldiers, give or take. This troop buildup, which WILL HAPPEN, will move the soldier buildup to ONE HALF MILLION MEN.

Now to those of us that are Bible students of the Prophecies, we remember the notion of “A MILLION MAN ARMY’. I remember how we used to sit and listen to Bible teachers speak about “A million man army coming from the East” and think to ourselves .. “WOW!, that’s a lot of soldiers, a million man army”. (Okay, yes it was a 6 million man army – It’s early and I need my coffee… none-the-less)

Hmmm.

And NOW we are about to have a half-million soldier stationed here in the U.S. for the civil population. (never mind the tens of thousands of foreign soldiers that are already here “practicing” door to door urban tactics; urban means “city neighborhood”).

Now let’s think why this might be. Shall we review some FUN FACTS?

1. Every time there is a troop buildup anywhere in the world it means they are PREPARING FOR WAR
2. We know there are already organized plans to use of troops to assist in the administration of the FLU PANDEMIC response. (remember the pandemic they know about because Lucifer revealed it to them from a burst of fire at a Black Mass – geeze) Yesterday, August 13th, a school in New England was visited by the Army to practice controlling crowds “in the event of a rush on vaccines”. (give me a freaking break)
3. FEMA’s National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09), which was supposed to have ended yesterday, according to press reports, is being extended. The foreign troops are staying for awhile.
4. Remember during NLE 09, I posted an article entitled “PRACTICE FOR NWO NUKE ATTACK” ( http://www.tribulation-now.com/2009/08/practice-for-nwo-nuke-attack.html ). Does this not disturb anyone? During 911, the government (ala Dick Cheney) was “practicing” a drill at NORAD that included planes crashing into the World Trade Centers. Grand Master Cheney, at the helm of NORAD command, ordered the F-16 interceptors to STAND DOWN, when the actual attacks happened. ALSO – during the 7/7 Subway Bombings in the U.K., the British government was also “practicing” a DRILL with the scenario of a “subway bombing” at the exact same time it occurred. How is it that we people of this glorious world are so blind and ignorant? I know … trust me I am one of them.

SUMMARY:

• We are currently practicing for a major terrorist event. The current scenario is a 3 city nuclear attack.
• We have foreign troops in the tens of thousands coordinating and practicing operations with our troops RIGHT NOW
• The PENTAGON is requesting 400,000 MORE troops to be deployed to NorthCOM for the “defense” of Luciferian (I mean government, sorry I get confused sometimes) interests.

It took several months to build up enough troops for the invasion of Iraq. But we didn’t have ANY troops there at the time (to speak of).

HOW LONG?

How long before this “OPERATION” goes live? Will it be flu pandemic, nuclear attack, or BOTH at the same time? Or shall they be back to back? Will this be mixed with civil unrest? The rise of Patriot Groups (or shall I say CIA funded teams of anarchist mercenaries)?

Dear Heavenly Holy Lord God the Almighty. We praise you El Elyon the ONE ALMIGHTY GOD, the All Powerful Lord. We pray to you LORD, that we have eyes to see and ears to hear. Lord in the name of your precious Son Jesus, we petition you for GUIDANCE, INSIGHT, WISDOM AND PROTECTION. We petition you for peace in our hearts. We ask you LORD for the Almighty protection of your ARMOR. We see war this coming. We know it is going to be a tribulation we must endure. We ask you to bask us in your love and power. We ask you to move the Holy Spirit down on your emerging Bride RIGHT NOW! Edify us in your all powerful knowledge and speak to our hearts so we know when to be ready and what to do – FOR YOUR GLORY.
