I has Howared on a Radio Show years ago. Prior to the show Howard and I spoke in person on the phone for about four hours. It was a jam-packed conversation with a lot of details he didn’t feel comfortable sharing live on the air. In my opinion, he is the REAL DEAL. This was verified to me especially, because after he returned from Heaven, he immediately became a missionary with a team in South America, where they laid hands on the sick (some with missing limbs), and Jesus healed them.
All Howard really wanted to talk about was Jesus and his time in the mission field.
